Well, we left Walla Walla on saturday afternoon and headed to Bend, OR. We spent 3 and a half days skiing deep powder in hellacious wind, drinking, and catching up with friends. It was a great time and thanks to all of you who put us up for a night or two, made dinner for us, and hung out. We left Bend tuesday afternoon and didn't stop until we hit Moab, UT. We walked around town, read, and just relaxed for a day. We found a great place to set up camp and make dinner with a great view of the La Sals that we skied the next day. We lucked out and got some great skiing in and I am exhausted after a day of playing hard. Tonight we grab a shower, go back to our poached campsite, and eat dinner as the alpenglow reflects on the mountains. Tomorrow we head to Indian Creek, 45 minutes south, for some splitter crack climbing. Wish me luck pulling my skinny ass up the sandstone.
